What to Expect:

Here’s how we typically move through a project together…

Initial Inquiry - Complete the project form with a brief description of your goals, concerns, and property details.

Alignment Review - Each inquiry is thoughtfully reviewed to ensure scope, expectations, and timeline are aligned.

Introductory Call - A brief phone conversation to clarify priorities together and determine the most appropriate next step.

On-Site Evaluation - We’ll do a walk-through together of your property with all interested parties, and talk through what matters most to you.

This visit allows us to discuss your goals and evaluate existing conditions in context.

In some cases, it may be determined that a Professional Consultation would be beneficial for deeper planning, corrective strategy, or horticultural education.

Proposal & Scheduling - You will receive a clear outline of recommended services and scope of work. Once approved, and the initial investment is received, your project is scheduled.

Implementation - On the first day of the project beginning, a brief walk-through of the project will be conducted to ensure that we are aligned and on the same page and any final questions or clarifications are addressed, so as to minimize surprises at the end.

Continued Stewardship - For clients seeking ongoing refinement, seasonal or periodic services may be arranged.
